台南二中10日舉行畢業典禮，會中播放學生自製影片，在議長獎片段影射出現演員數鈔票畫面，影射議長賄選，影片隨後並上傳網路，台南市議長李全教得知後直批幼稚，呼籲別把政治帶進校園，台南二中則表示影片是學生依據新聞熱潮的創意發想，並非影射誰。
台南二中畢聯會策畫製作市長獎、議長獎等各項獎項的介紹影片，在畢業典禮上公開播出，其中在議長獎介紹片段，出現學生從桌上的文件底下拿出一疊鈔票細數的畫面，遭質疑是藉影片暗諷李全教涉嫌賄選，網友留言不乏正反兩極意見。
李全教得知後，批評賴清德不斷把政治帶入許多公開活動中，包括警察節、龍舟賽等。校園是潔淨的地方，議會恭喜學生畢業，發送獎狀或禮品原本很正常，卻因賴清德介入，讓校園議長獎也遭政治化汙衊，相當幼稚。
台南二中教務處回應製作短片的學生認為並非影射誰，學生是根據新聞熱潮所作的自由發想。
